TASSCO XT ELECTRODES

Type: Hydrogen-controlled electrodes (similar to E7018)
25% higher tensile strength than E7018
Improved elongation and resistance to embrittlement
Ideal for joining surface-hardened plate materials

7355TC ELECTRODE

Type: Stick electrode version of Comp-C Wire
Smooth operation at low heat input (100-110 Amps DC+)
98% weight recovery as weld meal (compared to 60% for conventional electrodes)
Suitable for horizontal and overhead welding

MA ELECTRODE

Type: Stick electrode version of CH Wire
Welds all steels and steel combinations
High nickel content (challenging in some positions)
Effective for stud and broken bolt removal
Concentrates weld metal in the bolt center
Slag clears threads as the bolt is removed

TASSCO XT WIRE

Type: Dual shield welding wire
Enables spray transfer with CO2 or 7/25 (Argon/CO2) shielding gas
Allows the use of larger wires (up to 1/16” for faster production
Nickel alloying improves tensile strength, elongation, and reduces under bread cracking on low-grade AR plates

COMP-C WIRE

Type: Self-shielding tubular MIG wire
Contains crystalline chrome carbide particles
Provides hard-facing deposits with abrasion resistance equivalent to Comp-C Chrome Carbide overlay plate
Applicable for restoring worn areas on Comp-C plates

300MGC WIRE

Type: Gas-shielded tubular tool steel welding wire
Enables overlay on TASSCO XT/HD with a 55-60 RC hardness surface layer
Toughness of XT/HD combined with abrasion resistance of Chrome Carbide Overlay
Does not suffer stress relief checking

CH WIRE

Type: High elongation, high-strength dual shield tubular welding wire
Suitable for welding all steels
High corrosion and heat resistance
Excellent operability in all positions
Applicable for primary using CorrHard corrosion-resistant wear plates
Applicable in varying preheat/post-heat procedures according to base materials
Not torch-cuttable (plasma and carbon arc methods required for removal
